This Privacy Policy explains how Cosmo Match (the "app"), published by MODRO SP Z O O, handles information. It applies to the app on Android devices.
Information we collect
Cosmo Match does not collect, store or transmit personal data to MODRO SP Z O O or to any server we operate.
There are no user accounts. The app contains no analytics and no third-party crash reporters.
Advertising and tracking
The app does not use the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID). It contains no advertising SDKs and no third-party tracking.
We do not sell or share personal data.
Device permissions
The app asks for a permission only when a feature needs it. Any data involved is processed locally on your device.

You can withdraw any permission at any time in Android Settings.
Data stored on your device
Anything the app saves stays on your device. It does not leave the device and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android Settings.
Third-party services
The app does not integrate third-party services itself. Google Play and Android operate under their own policies.
Children's privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13 (COPPA) and does not knowingly collect data from children. Where the age of digital consent in your country is higher than 13, that age applies. Parents can write to ivakelib895@gmail.com with any question.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and you may object to processing or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request to know and to delete personal information, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell or share personal information.
Because the app collects no data, erasing it means uninstalling the app. We answer requests sent by email within a reasonable time, up to 30 days.
Data retention
We do not retain user data. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.
Security
Your data stays on your device and is protected by the security features of Android. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep the app simple and avoid collecting anything we do not need.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
